Home / Leadership Who signs the seal

Two names on this desk. Five on the door.

iMantran is deliberately small at the top. Every folio answers to one of five people — not a committee, and not a rotating account manager.

Founder

Renu Raj

Renu founded iMantran on a simple bet: that a desk which builds its own ventures gives better advice than one that only watches from the outside. Thirteen seals later, that's still the test every new idea has to pass before it's allowed to carry the iMantran name.

She is the principal most folios in Culture & Media and Ayurvedic Wellness report to directly, and the first call for any client trying to work out which folio actually fits their problem.

Head of Ventures

Sanjay Katariya

Sanjay runs the day-to-day operating rhythm across the portfolio — the weekly numbers review every folio goes through, and the standard new ventures are measured against before they're allowed to launch under an iMantran seal.

He works closest with the Growth & Performance and Land & Infrastructure folios, and with the training practice that supplies operators to every other venture in the ledger.

SS
Head of Operations

Sony Suryavanshi

Sony keeps the machinery behind all thirteen ventures running on schedule — vendor coordination, delivery timelines and the operational handoffs between folios that clients never see, but would notice if they slipped.

She is the point of escalation when a folio's day-to-day operations need a second pair of eyes.

SK
Head of Administration

Sunil Kumar

Sunil oversees the administrative backbone of the desk — compliance, documentation and the paperwork that keeps thirteen independently branded ventures accountable to one standard.

He is usually the first internal contact for anything contractual or process-related across the portfolio.

VK
Head of Customer Service

Vikash Kumar

Vikash owns the client experience once an enquiry leaves the intake form — making sure a “reply within a few hours” promise is actually kept, folio after folio.

He trains the client-facing team every new venture inherits from the Digital India Academy floor.
