This website describes iMantran, a Delhi-based consultancy, and provides directory information about the independent ventures it has founded or advises. Each linked venture operates under its own name, its own terms, and its own privacy practices, which take precedence over this page once you leave imantran.com.
iMantran acts as a founding and advisory desk to each listed venture. This relationship does not make iMantran a party to any contract you enter into with an individual venture, nor liable for that venture's services, unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing.
When you submit the Reach page form, we collect your name, contact details, folio of interest and any other information you choose to provide, solely to route and respond to your enquiry. Submitting the form requires acknowledging this section via a consent checkbox.
The iMantran name, the seal mark, and the folio system described on this site are the property of iMantran. Names, logos and content belonging to individual ventures remain the property of those ventures.
Enquiries submitted to discreet folios, including Trust & Private Advisory, are handled directly by that venture's principal and are not shared across the wider desk beyond what is operationally necessary.
iMantran provides this website for informational purposes. While we take care to keep venture descriptions accurate, we do not warrant that all information is complete or current at every moment, and recommend confirming details directly with the relevant venture before making a decision.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
